Once you have been admitted to Kettering College, your official transcript(s) will be evaluated by the transfer evaluation committee.  We will notify you in writing of what credits are approved for transfer. Complete the course evaluation request form if you are seeking pre-approval of course(s) when you plan to enroll at another institution for transferability once admitted to kc.  Make sure to enclose course descriptions for each course submitted.  We will notify you in writing of what credits are pre-approved.  This pre-approval is valid for one year.  Please note that curriculum changes in a program may mean prerequisite requirements may also change. ADMITTED OR CURRENT STUDENTS

Complete the course evaluation form for pre-approval on transferability of courses.  Students are responsible for tracking the courses necessary for the desired degree.  Students assume full responsibility for taking courses in sequence different from the curriculum outlined in the Bulletin. Once you have enrolled at Kettering College, it is expected that you will take the remainder of your coursework at kc.  However, there may be instances where students matriculating at Kettering College have a conflict which creates a need to enroll at another institution. (Refer to kc Academic Bulletin: Simultaneous Enrollment or to SOCHE: Cross Registration)

Submit the course evaluation form with appropriate descriptions for each course submitted, along with the appropriate forms for either SOCHE or Dual Enrollment.The course evaluation request form may also be obtained by contacting the Kettering College Records Office.
